Adjustments to Classroom Training: COVID-19

In order to keep our participants and instructors safe, we are following the CDC guidelines and making adjustments to our class policy and procedures.

Class Policy
  • Smaller Class Sizes: Class sizes will be limited depending on available meeting rooms. Limit will vary depending on location.
  • Larger Class Rooms: We will keep a six (6) foot distance between all participants and the instructor. To do so, we will be moving our classes to larger meeting rooms.
Class Procedures
  • Prior to entry, all participants will have their temperature checked via a non-contact infrared thermometer.
    • Any participant with a temperature of 100°F or higher will not be permitted into class.
    • The same will be expected of our instructors.
    • Participants will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival to class.
  • In addition, participants will be required to go through a brief screening prior to entry into class.
    • If a participant answers “yes” to any of the following questions, they will be unable to enter.
        • Have you traveled internationally in the past 14 days?
        • Have you had contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
        • Do you have a dry cough?
        • Do you have any difficulty breathing?
        • Recent loss of smell or taste?
  • Participants will be required to wear a face mask during class.
    • Participants are responsible for providing their own mask. Exceptions will be made for participants with medical conditions that prevent them from being able to wear a mask.
  • There will be frequent breaks built into the schedule for handwashing and wiping down of class surfaces.
    • Paster Training will provide all cleaning supplies and the instructor will wipe down all high touch surfaces during each cleaning break.
    • We ask that participants wipe down their training table prior to the scheduled lunch break.
  • Participants will be provided with pencils; however participants are responsible for any other supplies needed during class.
    • Paper, highlighters, post its, etc.
  • If a participant forgets their training manual, they will be responsible for purchasing another from the instructor prior to class start.
    • Paster Training will not offer any loaner materials.
We will be adjusting our class schedule to meet the guidance provided by local and state officials. We will only offer classes in counties and/or states that do not have Stay at Home orders in place. If you are in a county and/or state with a Stay at Home order, we ask that you do not travel into other counties and/or states to take your training.
